Our Leadership

Leadership Begins with How People Experience You.

Frontline Equity Solutions LLC is guided by service, lived experience, professional knowledge, faith, accountability, and respect for the human being behind every role.

Human First. Mission Always.

Leadership is more than authority, position, or professional achievement. It is the responsibility to create clarity, demonstrate consistency, remain accountable, and protect the dignity of the people entrusted to our care.

The leadership of Frontline Equity Solutions LLC is shaped by military service, public service, behavioral-health education, community engagement, family experience, faith, adversity, and the continuing process of personal growth.

We do not believe leaders must pretend to have every answer. We believe responsible leaders listen, prepare, communicate honestly, acknowledge mistakes, remain teachable, and use their influence to help others move forward.

Rev. Moises E. Ortega, LMSW

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Rev. Moises E. Ortega is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Frontline Equity Solutions LLC. He is a United States Marine Corps combat veteran, licensed master social worker, educator, ordained minister, husband, father, and community advocate.

He served eight years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps and attained the rank of Sergeant. His service included deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, frontline infantry leadership, logistics responsibilities, and the responsibility of preparing and leading Marines in demanding environments.

After completing his military service, Moises earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master of Social Work. His education and professional experience include veteran outreach, case management, trauma-informed support, crisis awareness, biopsychosocial assessment, group facilitation, referrals, community engagement, and service coordination.

His perspective is also shaped by lived experience with military transition, traumatic brain injury, communication and processing challenges, adversity, faith, family, grief, and the work of rebuilding purpose after service.

Moises founded Frontline Equity Solutions LLC to help close the distance between what organizations say about supporting people and what people actually experience within those systems.

His leadership approach centers dignity, preparation, honest communication, responsible accountability, and the belief that people should never be reduced to a diagnosis, title, mistake, hardship, or traumatic experience.

"Service should never cost someone their humanity."

"We do not reduce people to what happened to them. We help them recognize who they are still becoming."

Leadership Is a Responsibility, Not a Performance.

Moises believes leadership is revealed through consistent actions, especially when circumstances are difficult and no recognition is guaranteed. His leadership perspective was shaped by military service, behavioral-health education, community work, personal adversity, and the people who trusted him during moments of uncertainty.

Leadership Matters

The Standard We Carry.

Frontline Equity Solutions LLC believes effective leadership must balance accountability with compassion, strength with humility, and mission accomplishment with human dignity.

Dignity

Every person should be treated as more than a title, diagnosis, hardship, or mistake.

Accountability

Leaders must accept responsibility for their decisions, behavior, communication, and the environments they influence.

Consistency

Trust grows when values remain visible during both comfortable and difficult moments.

Humility

Leadership requires the willingness to listen, learn, acknowledge limitations, and accept correction.

Preparation

Responsible leaders prepare their people, communicate expectations, and address concerns before they become preventable crises.

Service

Leadership is not measured only by what a leader accomplishes. It is also measured by what others are able to become under that leadership.

Accountability and Compassion Can Coexist.

Trauma-informed leadership does not mean removing standards, avoiding difficult conversations, or excusing harmful behavior. It means recognizing that experiences, environments, stress, and barriers may affect how people communicate and respond. Leaders can maintain expectations while communicating clearly, responding responsibly, and protecting human dignity.

Create clarity instead of unnecessary uncertainty.

Correct behavior without humiliating the person.

Recognize stress without making assumptions or diagnoses.

Encourage appropriate support without overstepping professional boundaries.

Provide equitable access to information and opportunity.

Address harmful conduct consistently, regardless of rank or position.

Protect confidentiality when ethically and legally appropriate.

Understand that psychological safety does not eliminate accountability.

Our faith reminds us to lead with compassion, guard against pride, seek wisdom, serve responsibly, and recognize the dignity present in every person.

We also understand that the people and organizations we serve may represent different beliefs and backgrounds. Professional services should be delivered respectfully, without pressure, exclusion, or assumptions about another person's faith.

"Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant."
